STR Standards
STR Standards began with the idea that every hospitality property should have an elevated set of standards for its guests, while still keeping and celebrating its unique value. Whether you manage a historic Bed & Breakfast, cozy mountain Airbnb or VRBO, coastal resort, or modern city hotel, we aim to help you craft the best guest experience that reflects your brand.
We believe that hospitality is both an art and a science. Every detail contributes to how guests feel during their stay. Using our services and methods, you will be able to strengthen your reputation and create experiences that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans.
Methodology
Our STR Standards method was designed to increase satisfaction and reviews while improving your long-term return on investment.

This method has three main stages:
- Elevate Guest Expectations
- Assessing your property’s current online presence and operations to understand what your guests expect before arrival.
- Exceed Guest Expectations
- Identifying opportunities to surprise and delight, going beyond what the guests anticipate.
- Engage Guests & Employees
- Focusing on continued engagement by encouraging feedback and communication among guests and staff members.
By applying the STR Standards cycle, you will gain the clarity needed to redefine your guest experience from the inside out. Whether you’re ready for a full property inspection or simply need guidance to start, we’re ready to help you raise your standards – and reviews – together.
